I read the book....

I don't think I would have the same story to tell if I didn't read the book - it probably wouldn't be as EASY. I feel great and know I made the best decision. To that point, it wasn't my decision to start - I had been given 3 months by my doctor to try and break the habit or go on blood pressure meds - probably for the rest of my life. I am 36....blood pressure meds? Really? So, I read the book. I am on day 5, not only smoke free but still happy, great mood and most importantly - my blood pressure is already normal! Normal! I can't remember the last time I saw numbers like that...and remember, I'm 36. I will not lie - sleeping sucked! Last night is the first time I probably slept in intervals over 2 or 3 hours. The sweats are gone and I know as each night comes I will get more sleep. Worth it folks - get rid of the demon that's craving the nicotine...it's in all of us.

Editor's Note: Hi Nikki - Thanks for that positive review. I am so pleased for you. If you have any other tips that helped you get through those first days please feel free to share them.

Another great book for quitting smoking is The Easy Way to Stop Smoking by Allen Carr
