Some of the best essential oils for sleep are well-known and easy to use. Getting a good night's sleep is essential for our physical and mental well-being, but with the stresses of daily life, it can often be a challenge to wind down and relax.

One of my favourites of the best essential oils for sleep because of its amazing anti-inflammatory properties. If pain keeps you awake at night then this is your oil. Copaiba oil is extracted from the resin of the Copaifera tree, which is native to South America. While there isn't much scientific research specifically on the effects of copaiba essential oil on sleep, it is known to have calming and relaxing properties that may be helpful for improving sleep quality. Copaiba oil contains a high level of beta-caryophyllene, a terpene that has been found to have anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) and sedative effects. This means that copaiba essential oil may help reduce feelings of anxiety and promote relaxation, which can make it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep. In addition to its calming properties, copaiba essential oil has been found to have anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effects. This can be particularly helpful for individuals who have trouble sleeping due to pain or discomfort.
