I've been using ACV for a week now. I'm using it as directed on the label.( 2 tsp of ACV in a glass of H2O in the morning/mid morning and at night). But the main purpose why i bought it is to use it as a toner. I just don't know the right amount to mix in brewed green tea that is why I still do not use it as a toner.
Editor's note: Hi Grace, If you'd like to try the Apple Cider Vinegar as a toner then try mixing 1 teaspoon of ACV with 2 teaspoons of green tea or plain water. If you need more then just double up on the quantities - 2 teaspoons ACV with 4 teaspoons Green tea (or water). Witch hazel is lovely to also add in the toner mix (1 teaspoon). Good luck
